Join us at Sundance Yoga for a fun, beginner-friendly yoga class where playful rescue puppies and kittens will roam the room, offer cuddles, and provide plenty of entertainment throughout your practice. Whether you're an experienced yogi or trying yoga for the first time, this class is all about relaxation, laughter, and helping homeless pets.

 

50% of all proceeds will benefit Lifeline of Galveston County, helping provide medical care, shelter, and adoption services for pets in need.

 

What to Bring:

• Your own yoga mat, or

• Rent a mat for $5

 

Please Note:

• Puppies and kittens may climb, cuddle, play, and occasionally interrupt your poses!

• Participants should be comfortable around animals.

• All pets attending are current on age-appropriate veterinary care.
