Ticket Booth Volunteer
Role Summary
Ticket Booth Volunteers are the first point of contact for Winter Pawty guests. You’ll distribute tickets purchased through GiveButter, assist with volunteer check-in and check-out, and help with merchandise and plant sales.
Primary Responsibilities

Hand out attraction/food tickets after proof of purchase

Assist volunteers with check-in and checkout at Ticket Booth 1

Sell Lifeline merchandise and plants at Ticket Booth 2

Keep the booth organized and guest-friendly
Setup Duties (10 AM)

Begin pre-tearing tickets for faster service

Organize the table, plants, and merchandise
-
Review ticket values for food, attractions, and hot chocolate
End-of-Day Breakdown (6 PM)

Organize all items to be returned to the adoption center

Break down the tent and table
-
Ensure all ticket bags from various areas are returned to Ticket Booth 1
