Ticket Booth Volunteer

Role Summary

Ticket Booth Volunteers are the first point of contact for Winter Pawty guests. You’ll distribute tickets purchased through GiveButter, assist with volunteer check-in and check-out, and help with merchandise and plant sales.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Hand out attraction/food tickets after proof of purchase

  • Assist volunteers with check-in and checkout at Ticket Booth 1 

  • Sell Lifeline merchandise and plants at Ticket Booth 2

  • Keep the booth organized and guest-friendly

 

Setup Duties (10 AM)

  • Begin pre-tearing tickets for faster service

  • Organize the table, plants, and merchandise

  • Review ticket values for food, attractions, and hot chocolate

 

End-of-Day Breakdown (6 PM)

  • Organize all items to be returned to the adoption center

  • Break down the tent and table

  • Ensure all ticket bags from various areas are returned to Ticket Booth 1

 

Important Notes

  • Do not leave this area until relieved by another volunteer

  • Call/text 346-644-5026 if your relief is delayed
