Role Summary

Clinic volunteers help local pet owners by managing the check-in process and keeping the clinic line organized.

 

Primary Responsibilities

• Hand out check-in forms

• Answer basic questions (direct medical questions to staff)

• Keep the line orderly

• Support the clinic team as needed

 

Setup Duties (10 AM) 

• Set up checkout/check-in table

• Organize pens, forms, and signage

 

Breakdown (3 PM)

• Throw out trash

• Break down table

• Return remaining supplies to clinic lead

 

Important Notes

• Clinic ends at 3 PM
