Role Summary

This team ensures DOGA (yoga with dogs) and bingo sessions run safely and smoothly by assisting hosts and collecting participant tickets.

 

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect tickets from participants

• Support instructor/host during DOGA and bingo

• Keep the area orderly and welcoming

 

Setup Duties (10 AM)

• Move picnic tables out of DOGA pavilion

• Set up sound system

• Place signs

• Bingo: set up prize table

 

End-of-Day Breakdown (6 PM)

• Break down sound equipment

• Move picnic tables back into DOGA pavilion

• Package remaining prizes

• Clean up trash

• Break down tables

 

Important Notes

• Remain in the activity area until a volunteer relieves you
