Hot Chocolate & Pupcup Volunteer

Role Summary

Serve warm hot chocolate or pup cups while maintaining an organized toppings/craft station.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect tickets

• Serve hot chocolate or pup cups

• Keep toppings, cups, crafts, and supplies stocked

• Clean spills and maintain a tidy station

Setup Duties (10 AM)

• Assist with setting up:

  • Hot chocolate supplies

  • Cups & lids

  • Toppings bar

  • Pup cup ingredients

End-of-Day Breakdown (6 PM)

• Dump remaining hot chocolate

• Save unopened/unused toppings

• Throw out trash

• Wash hot chocolate crafts (in food prep area sink)

Important Notes

• Stay in your area until relieved by another volunteer
