Lifeline of Galveston County was founded in a coffee shop by 3 women in 2020, and has since grown to opening a Pet Adoption Center in Webster, Texas. We find home for hundreds of pets yearly & facilitate multiple community outreach programs to support people with keeping their pets and supporting strays in their neighborhoods.
