​Why do I have to pay to visit the pets during café hours?

We are a non-profit organization and use the funds from café hours to help cover the cost of our facility, staffing, food and enrichment for our beloved pets. We appreciate you supporting our lifesaving efforts. 

Can I order coffee and food?

We do have some very basic coffee and snacks at the center, but we are also partnering with Blackline Coffee & Donuts located conveniently right across the street from us!  When you show your ticket at Blackline, receive a free artisan donut when you purchase a beverage. They close at 3pm daily. Then come by the center to hang out. We have tables, chairs, Wi-Fi and lots of cuddly creatures who can't wait to see you!

How much are tickets?

$10 per participant, but kids 3 and under do not require a ticket. 

​Can I bring my own pets?

No, we are a pet adoption center. We have lots of pets who can't wait out hang out with you! For health and safety, we do not permit owned pets to attend café hours. Thanks for understanding!

Can kids visit during café hours? 

Absolutely! Kids are welcomed, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No more than 3 kids under the age of 12 per adult. People 15 and over are permitted to attend café hours without a parent/guardian onsite, but will need a parent/guardian to sign their digital waiver when they purchase a ticket.
