All kittens eligible for this program:

• have been living in a foster homes for at least 2 weeks and are healthy (to the best of our knowledge!)
• are vaccinated, de-flead and de-wormed 
• are between 6-13 weeks old 

We find many kittens during our TNR missions. We try to place them into homes when we can, but they require foster care and socialization prior to placement. Our intake fosters get these cuties healthy when they come off the streets,  often dealing with fleas, worms, upper respiratory infections, etc.  They also make sure kittens get their primary vaccines. Often times they do not have the time to give kittens the one-on-one socialization and playtime they need!

This is where kitten sleepovers can make a world of difference. Just 5 days of intentional handling during this important part of their development (8 to 13 weeks) can mean the difference between a friendly and social house cat and forever-fearful adult cat. 

We give our kitten sleepover participants healthy adoptable kittens who just need a little extra socialization!
